| Hello, you might be looking at this because you cant find a skillcape seller, or your to lazy to find out were they are. Requirements: 99 of the cape you want, 99,000(99K) gp.
WoodcuttingLumby near the Smithing oven.  FarmingLocation: Dranyor Village near the bank area  FletchingLocation: Next to Catherby Bank. How to get there: ::fish and run West. 
HitpointsLocation: Duel arena. How to get there: '::Mining' and run south.

| may i post a suggestion? use ::fishing for a cape. ::range , ::attack , ::defence, ::farm etc..you get the point right? a requirement to buy a cape via this way is 99 and 99k gp in your inventory. | |

| MagicLocation : Wizards Guild (Yanille)  How to get there: Teleport to ardougne, then keep on walking (or running) south untill you see Yanille. Then, go to the Wizard's guild, and go up the stairs. Then go up then again, and then your magic cape is waiting for you ! | |
